Stella Aschenbrenner, a native of Northern New Mexico, carries within her the vibrant tapestry of her Chicana heritage, deeply rooted in the culture and history of her beloved state. Growing up in Albuquerque's South Valley, Stella's journey has been one of resilience, compassion, and profound personal growth.

As a proud mother to a remarkable young woman, Stella's own experiences as a single mother and a wife of 18 years have shaped her understanding of the complexities of life's challenges. These experiences, alongside her professional background, have empowered her to offer invaluable support to her clients.

With over a decade of experience as a mental health therapist and codependency specialist, Stella has dedicated herself to guiding individuals through the depths of anxiety, depression, transition, grief, and personal transformation. Her unique insights and compassionate approach have been honed through her own journey and have earned her the trust and admiration of those she serves.

Stella holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Adams State University (formerly College) and a Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of New Mexico. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of New Mexico, a Nationally Certified Counselor with the National Board for Certified Counselors, and a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist.

During a transformative journey through Europe, spanning seven months and four countries, Stella delved into her creative passions. Amidst her travels, she authored a compelling book on Codependency, shared her insights through a thought-provoking podcast, and engaged her audience with captivating social media content.

Through her work as a mental health therapist, speaker, author, and advocate, Stella continues to inspire individuals to embark on their own paths of healing, growth, and self-love.
